The truck is unpacked, the trailer also and it has been all washed out. We have a few weeks off from competition of any kind so it's just ride time for us.
I do foster care for a Dog Rescue out of NY and I went and picked up a new kid this evening. Otis is a 2-3 yr old Beagle. Just adorable and lovable. He needs food as he is way skinnier than I think is good for a dog, but, we can fix that for sure.
I love fostering and do a bit of it. I kind of took the summer off due to shows and travel, but, we're back to it now.
We are also getting ready for a Hurricane here on the East Coast so Friday could be a bit wild around here. Time will tell.
We have a barrel run on Sept 12 then a Show, Barrel Run and Gun Club Steak Fry all in one weekend at the end of the month.
Our NBHA State Championship run is Oct 10th then it's trail time until it's time for Winter Vacation.
I really hope you all are enjoying your horses and the time you have with them.
I also can not believe tomorrow is Sept 1st already where has the summer gone?
